Virtual Congress

Invitation

Dear delegates and colleagues,

We are pleased to announce that the 28th SNUH International Course on Endoscopic Surgery of the Nose and Paranasal Sinuses, hosted every spring by the Department of Otorhinolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, Seoul National University College of Medicine, has reached its 28th year. In the year 2020, not only us otolaryngologists but all medical professionals would have been filled with blue feelings in daily life and academic activities according to COVID-19. We sincerely thank all faculties and colleagues for continuing their efforts for academic developments despite such difficulties. We look forward to meeting you at the 28th SNUH International Course on Endoscopic Surgery of the Nose and Paranasal Sinuses, and kindly request your participation. As there is still a concern about the spread of SARS-CoV-2, the conference will be held only through online lectures without a cadaver dissection course. It will be held as a satellite program of ICORL (International Congress of ORL-HNS) 2021 Seoul, with the participation of the best rhinology faculties in Korea, speakers from USA, Taiwan and Philippines. We prepared this course to meet the academic needs of all delegates in both medical and research fields. Unfortunately, we cannot meet in person, but I am grateful that we can share knowledge with all delegates and colleagues online. This year, you can watch video lectures from April 22nd (Thursday) to April 25th (Sunday) during ICORL. I think it will be a great opportunity to attend the lectures of renowned Korean and international speakers and learn the latest knowledge and techniques related to endoscopic sinus and skull base surgery in accordance with the rapidly changing medical environment. Once again, I am deeply grateful for your support so far, and I hope that many people will participate in this year's symposium to share valuable experiences, and also hope that the symposium will become a venue for a more active exchange of opinions. We wish you infinite progress in your medical practice and research, and wish you peace and health for your family.
